Cambon Partners intervenes, at all stages of the company's lifecycle: Venture, Growth capital, LBO, M&A. As a multi-sector specialist, we have an in-depth understanding of our clients’ eco-systems which guarantees relevant contributions right from the start, by focusing on the key information, getting the right counterparties involved, and selecting the most appropriate valuation benchmarks.

 

Key responsibilities

In a small team located in a new office based in London, you will assume a high level of responsibilities supporting the mandate execution process from the initial meeting with senior management and working closely with senior professionals. 

More specifically, you’ll be in charge of:

  • Drafting marketing materials (IM, teaser, MP, process letters...) 
  • Supporting the transaction processes 
  • Data Room management
  • Valuation and modelling – undertaking valuations and complex financial models analyses 
  • Research and documentation – coordinating the writing of transaction and prospecting documents 
  • Marketing and sector coverage – assisting in the execution of the origination strategy in a franchise

Qualifications, experience and competencies required

  • Strong financial and accounting knowledge

  • Curiosity about finance and issues related to Tech and Growth companies

  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, rigorous, you also have strong analytical skills

  • Ability to integrate quickly into a small team

  • A great academic track record from a recognized college or university

  • Fluent in French and English

  • Full professional proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
