Founded in 2006, Censio Karamba brings together more than 80 Tech experts dedicated to offering a well-rounded service around the modernization of corporate information systems. The company's solutions are aimed at the Finance and Supply Chain functions and are based on a key partnership with the SAP software publisher. The integration of Censio Karamba's experts will enable KPMG to consolidate its status as a leading player in France in the field of digital consulting, both in terms of strategy and implementation of technological solutions and maintenance.

In line with KPMG's strong growth in Tech in France in 2022, this acquisition strengthens the pool of experts within the Connected Tech teams that are integrated in the Firm's Consulting activities. KPMG's Tech consulting center of expertise now has 1,000 experts in France with multidisciplinary skills (consulting, data, IT transformation) dedicated to supporting the digital transformation of companies across the value chain. This operation also consolidates KPMG's expertise in software packages. The complementary nature of the firm's know-how in financial consolidation and management control will enable it to address all the technological challenges facing financial departments, both large accounts and small and medium-sized companies.

Finally, this merger, which will be finalized in the summer of 2023, will accelerate the firm's R&D capacity and complete its ESG expertise thanks to Caravage's ongoing work in favor of technological support for extra-financial reporting and the measurement of corporate decarbonization.
