I wanted to join an investment bank built by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs, independent, free of conflicts of interest, and where people can truly thrive. At Cambon, we can embody who we want to be, rather than conforming.

My career began in financial services right after business school, with a first experience at EY Paris in Transaction Services, covering banks, insurances, and asset managers. Naturally curious and drawn to the fast-paced nature of transactions, I quickly decided to move into M&A advisory to be involved in the full strategic process.

A long-standing passion for the buyside - across both liquid and illiquid strategies - led me to specialize in this fast-growing niche. Advising entrepreneurs – who themselves are dealmakers - on the development of their own management company is a highly demanding yet deeply rewarding journey that requires constant personal commitment and passion.

This focus brought me to Spencer House Partners in London, a leading European advisory boutique dedicated to Asset & Wealth managers, affiliated with Jacob Rothschild. There, I was immersed in the Anglo-Saxon dealmaking culture.

Seeking a new challenge, I then contributed to the creation of the MA team at Campbell Lutyens in London, advising exclusively private market managers, primarily in Europe and the United States, at a time where the segment was thriving and dedicated advisory boutiques were (and still are) rare, especially in Europe.

I believe an investment banker must provide advice that is impartial, honest, well-argued, and always putting the client’s interests first. After advising over 20 asset managers around the world - including EQT Credit, MML, Meridiam, AXA IM Prime, Vontobel, Pendal, Three Hills, among many others - I met David, Morgann, and the other Partners at Cambon. We share the same values, and they convinced me of the strategic - and deeply entrepreneurial – opportunity to bring this sector expertise to Cambon, and to thrive in this new chapter of my career.
