I started my career in M&A at Ader Finance, working in an entrepreneurial environment focused on high-growth companies.
I later joined Cambon Partners as an intern, where I had the opportunity to work on transactions driven by high standards and strong team involvement.
What stood out to me was the firm’s ability to craft tailored approaches and adapt its strategy to the specific challenges of each deal, all within a demanding yet genuinely enjoyable working environment.
Having grown up in a family with a strong entrepreneurial background, I particularly connected with Cambon’s close relationships with entrepreneurs and its focus on understanding their ambitions and journeys. This experience proved to be a turning point and naturally led me to rejoin Cambon in 2026 as part of the Healthcare team.
