Growing up in the world of Maisons et Hôtels Sibuet, a pioneer in high-end and authentic hospitality, shaped my convictions about what makes hospitality truly distinctive. This early immersion in the operational realities of the sector proved instrumental in shaping the path that followed.
After graduating from EM Lyon, I began my career in M&A at Aforge Finance (now Degroof Petercam), where I discovered both the rigor and the depth of mergers and acquisitions advisory. Working closely with passionate entrepreneurs sparked my desire to co-found a B2B fast-casual dining concept, an entrepreneurial chapter that durably transformed the way I approach transactions.
I then spent five years at Atream, an investment fund dedicated to tourism, working at the intersection of strategy, real estate, and operations, before joining KPMG Corporate Finance to advise hospitality operators on their strategic and capital transactions.
In this natural progression, joining Cambon Partners in 2026 became an obvious next step. Within Cambon’s Travel & Hospitality practice, strengthened by a real estate perspective, I am part of a team that combines strong sector expertise, a tailored approach, and a deep understanding of both management and investor ambitions. We believe that a successful transaction depends as much on flawless execution as on a true understanding of people and their projects.
