My professional journey began at Clearwater International, where I spent over six years progressing from an intern to Vice President. During this time, I had the opportunity to work on a wide range of Small & Mid-Cap transactions and gained valuable exposure to diverse sectors such as healthcare, business services, tech, financial services, real estate, and leisure.

This experience reinforced my interest for M&A, a highly demanding and stimulating field. Working on transactions means being involved in critical moments of a company's evolution, collaborating closely with executives and shareholders. This requires a comprehensive understanding of financial, strategic, and human factors. This role demands analytical skills and methodical execution to position each company effectively and create the necessary information basis for a successful transaction.

What truly drives me in this field goes beyond technical aspects: it’s about building trusted relationships with our clients and working as a partners. Every transaction brings unique challenges, requiring a tailored approach and a deep understanding of counterparties’ positions and objectives. The human dimension is central: tactical insight and interpersonal intelligence are critical to navigate complex situations.

I chose to continue my career at Cambon Partners, in an organization experiencing dynamic growth, with a strong reputation in Mid-Cap transactions and its sector-based expertise.
