I became interested in mergers and acquisitions from a very early stage in my academic journey. The breadth of skills required, the strategic aspects of financial operations and the chance to work closely with entrepreneurs are just some of the reasons that led me to choose this path. I started my career at Société Générale (SGCIB) in Paris, then moved to Aream & Co (formerly Code Advisors) in London before returning to Paris and joining Effective Capital, where I had the opportunity to work alongside entrepreneurs as part of financial operations such as acquisitions, fundraisings and LBOs. I decided to join Cambon Partners following this last experience.
Having had a strong interest in entrepreneurship and technology from a young age, I began several entrepreneurial initiatives as a student before launching a services marketplace in the events industry in London.
This varied entrepreneurial experience gave me a better understanding of operational, strategic and financial matters that face entrepreneurs.
Joining Cambon Partners quickly seemed like an obvious choice due to its solid reputation in the mid-market M&A segment in France, its strong focus on technology and its prestigious references that are important markers of its performance.
My interest in this sector is more than a personal one as technology appears to be the domain with the most opportunities for growth. The transversal nature of the industry means that its applications involve a wide range of existing and developing sectors, constantly creating new business opportunities.
