What initially drew me to corporate finance and M&A was, above all, entrepreneurs. I have always admired their ability to turn a vision into a successful business, take risks, adapt to changing circumstances and grow their organizations in often uncertain environments. Being able to support them at pivotal moments in their development is what makes this profession particularly meaningful to me.
What I particularly enjoy about M&A is the dynamic and transactional nature of the work. Every deal is unique and requires a combination of rigorous analysis, strategic thinking and flawless execution. It is also an opportunity to take on new challenges alongside ambitious business leaders, in situations that demand adaptability, resilience and full commitment through to completion.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work within entrepreneurial, boutique advisory firms such as Financière de Courcelles and ATFIS, where I was involved in a variety of sell-side, buy-side, and capital raising transactions for companies across sectors including industrials, business services, and infrastructure. These experiences have enabled me to develop strong financial and transaction execution skills while gaining a deep appreciation of the human dimension that underpins every transaction.
I have followed Cambon Partners' development with great interest over the years. I have been particularly impressed by the quality of its people and by the firm's journey to becoming one of the leading independent M&A advisory firms, while remaining true to what defines its identity: a strong entrepreneurial culture, a genuine team spirit and a modern yet highly demanding approach to the profession.
I strongly identify with this vision of M&A and the values embodied by the team. As a result, joining Cambon Partners felt like a natural step when the opportunity arose.
