I discovered the world of M&A during my first job as a consultant at KPMG, where I worked with investment bankers on due diligence (sales, mergers and restructuring). This is how I became passionate about this profession, which is deeply impactful to clients and requires a broad range of qualities such as empathy, technical complexity, and transversality.

I then decided to leave my job to resume my studies at Emlyon Business School in the field of Investment Banking & Corporate Finance, with the aim of joining the ranks of a renowned investment bank and thus participate in the transformation of the economic landscape.

After a first M&A experience at Adviso Partners, I joined Cambon Partners in 2022 to accompany the leaders of growth companies in the realization of their entrepreneurial and patrimonial projects. As soon as I arrived at Cambon, I quickly recognized the distinctiveness of this firm within its core values, tailored counsel, and unparalleled execution capability. We are keenly aware of the financial and emotional significance sell-side operations represent for the entrepreneurs we support, most of whom having founded said companies and invested in said projects over large swaths of their careers. For this reason, we have developed a proven and unmatched expertise in several well-defined verticals.
