Key responsibilities

As an Analyst, you will take on significant responsibilities, supporting the mandate execution process from the initial meeting with senior management to working closely with senior professionals.

You will also contribute to the development of cross-boarder deals in Spanish-speaking environments.

More specifically, you’ll be in charge of:

•  Valuation and Modeling – conduct valuation analysis and build complex financial models 
• Research and Documentation – plan an active role in the drafting transaction documents (teaser, CIM..) and pitches
• Marketing and Sector Coverage – assist in executing the origination strategy
• Transaction Process Support - provide support throughout the transaction processes 
• Dataroom Management - oversee and manage the Dataroom

Qualifications, experience and competencies required

• At least 2 years of experience in M&A
• Travel enthusiast
•  Highly motivated, creative and rigorous, you also have strong analytical skills
• Ability to quickly integrate into small/mid-sized teams 
• A strong academic track record from a recognized business school, college or university
• Full professional proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
