Labelium lbo with Charterhouse Capital Partners

The leading B2B digital marketing performance consulting agency partners with Charterhouse Capital Partners

Charterhouse Capital Partners LLP (“Charterhouse”) and Qualium Investissement (“Qualium”) announce that Charterhouse has agreed to invest in Labelium (“the Company”), in partnership with the Company’s management team. Labelium is a leading B2B digital marketing performance consulting agency.

Founded in 2001, Labelium helps clients on a global basis with the implementation of their digital marketing performance strategies across various channels, platforms and networks. The Company provides a broad spectrum of services from strategy consulting to day-to-day execution, through project and data management across four main areas: Media Performance (helping brands engage with its customers using digital channels), Retail Performance (helping brands optimise their e-commerce strategy), Digital Intelligence (collecting, analysing and presenting data to improve clients’ business performance) and Strategy Consulting (digital strategy evolution through change and transformation, digital performance execution planning).

Labelium is headquartered in Paris, France, and has over 500 professionals working on a global basis from 20 offices in 14 countries across Europe, Americas and APAC. The Company operates in an attractive high-growth market that is backed by positive long-term trends, such as the growing adoption of e-commerce business models and the multiplication of digital marketing channels.  Labelium has rapidly developed via both organic growth and the adoption of a successful “make-or-buy” strategy. This has seen the Company use greenfield launches in new areas of expertise – such as social media agency Tigrz – and M&A with six acquisitions completed over the past years (including recently acquired tech-enabled agencies Xingu and Arcane) to diversify its services offering and geographical footprint.

Charterhouse intends to use its strong experience of investing in the consulting sector and its proven expertise in internationalising companies to accelerate Labelium’s business development through further organic growth and to support the Company’s ambition of becoming a global consolidation platform with an even more active strategic M&A activity.
