NG Travel investment from Siparex

One of the Fance’s key tour operators accelerates its development with the entry of Siparex to its capital

The shareholders of NG Travel and Siparex have signed a memorandum of understanding to refocus the group's capital around its co-founder, Olivier Kervella, and the management team.

As part of this MBO operation, Siparex, via the Siparex ETI 4 fund, takes a significant minority stake alongside the executives.

With nearly 200 employees and €230 million turnover - a 25% increase on 2017 - NG Travel is one of France's leading tour operators. Highly digitized, the group has also structured a range of travel clubs under the Kappa Club, Club Coralia and Nosylis Collection brands, which are particularly open to meetings with local populations.

The operation is part of a dynamic strategy to develop the group’s brands, the assertion of the concept of clubs and the extension of the catalog which already includes nearly 50 clubs. The group has already rolled out its offer outside France, marketing Kappa Club in Italy.
