With this transaction, Siparex ETI aims to support Eskimoz in its ongoing expansion which combines solid organic growth, driven by the acceleration of its international roll-out and a ramping in the use of technological tools developed in-house (especially the launch of new tools to improve the understanding of ever-changing algorithms) and targeted acquisitions aimed to strengthen the Group's presence in Europe.
