Founded in 2018 in Marseille by Etienne de Beauvillé and co-led since 2022 with Jérôme de Saint-Chamas, Finasens is a consulting firm specialized in structuring and running outsourced finance functions for small and medium-sized enterprises, and mid-sized companies. Finasens helps companies structure and strengthen their finance organisation by taking advantage of operational expertise that can be deployed immediately. Today the group is present in six major French cities : Paris, Marseille, Lyon, Bordeaux, Nantes et Strasbourg, has more than 75 CFOSs and management controllers and works with over a hundred clients across the country.

The deal is a primary LBO carried out together with long-term shareholders, Étienne de Beauvillé, Jérôme de Saint-Chamas and Guillaume de Loisy, who keep majority ownership. This deal will help the company speed up its growth around four strategic areas: growing existing offices organically, opening new offices in France and nearby European countries, rolling out new financial services and making outside acquisitions.
