GRITCHEN sold to GUEMAS

Two major insurance brokerage players reach agreement to bring two groups closer together

The GUEMAS group and the GRITCHEN group, two major players in insurance brokerage, have announced that they have reached an agreement to bring both groups closer together. This will lead to the creation of a group generating over €50 million in revenue, ranking among the top 15 insurance brokers in France.

The newly formed group - with almost 300 employees, primarily based at the historical sites in Clisson, Bourges and Paris, and in its local offices, and an additional 80 agents, as well as a network of partner brokers in 150 countries - will benefit from increased resources to offer its customers increasingly innovative and personalized insurance solutions.

While retaining a significant private shareholding and its entrepreneurial spirit, the new group will have the support of NAXICAP PARTNERS, the current majority shareholder of the GUEMAS Group, to provide the new entity with the means and resources to achieve its ambitious goals.
