Groupe APICIL acquires ALPHEYS

The French social protection group APICIL acquires 100% of the share capital of Alpheys and becomes a leader in the intermediated distribution of savings products

The APICIL Group, through its subsidiary APICIL Prévoyance, announces that it has acquired the entire share capital of ALPHEYS. It previously owned 40% of the shares, alongside OR Invest Distribute (40%) and the management (20%). This transaction was negotiated by mutual agreement. With this acquisition, the APICIL Group confirms its ambitions in the savings market and strengthens its distribution network.APICIL Epargne's products are marketed through various channels: by a network of employed wealth management advisors under the Gresham Banque Privée brand, by independent wealth management advisors under the INTENCIAL Patrimoine brand, and digitally under the NALO brand.

With its banking subsidiary (Gresham Banque) and Alpheys, the APICIL Group thereby becomes the leader in the market for intermediated distribution of securities accounts and share savings (“PEA”) plans. This enables its partner distributors, financial advisory experts, to aggregate their customers' ; banking and insurance assets and to arbitrate efficiently
