Founded in 2020 by LegalPlace, Kanoon has established itself in less than five years as a leading HR legal solution for French businesses. Its platform enables companies to generate compliant, ready-to-use legal procedures in just a few clicks—including employment contracts, contract amendments, interview invitations, dismissal letters, and collective agreements—based on employee and employer data. Today, Kanoon serves more than 11,000 businesses across France.

This acquisition is fully aligned with Silae’s strategy of embedding legal expertise at the core of its payroll and HR solutions. By integrating Kanoon’s technology, Silae is industrializing the production of legal documents in an environment where volumes are increasing, deadlines are tightening, and regulatory requirements are becoming more complex.
