Leading French digital performance company acquires Arcane

Labelium was founded in 2001 and is an international and independent digital group operating in 14 countries. The group currently has a team of 190 experts in France and more than 500 worldwide, who provide daily support to 650 clients in the fields of E-business, Digital Media, Social Media, Data Consulting and Retail. 2021 marks a new chapter for LABELIUM, which has announced its 6th acquisition in barely 5 years, with the takeover of Arcane. This is a key step that consolidates the group's leading position in the sector.

The rapidly growing group is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year and is consolidating its position as the French leader in digital performance with the acquisition of Arcane. Arcane specialises in the design and deployment of advanced digital acquisition strategies, bringing new technological tools to its clients to increase their digital impact tenfold.

The two companies share a 360° vision of the future of performance and data (both algorithmic and cross-platform) and the tools needed to help their clients achieve marketing and tech excellence. With the technologies developed by Arcane - SmartFeeds (product flow manager), HubMetrics (reporting tool) and AdScale (media campaign management and optimisation tool) - LABELIUM is integrating new innovative proprietary solutions to extend its digital scope and become the benchmark top player on the French market.

Over the last 5 years, LABELIUM has developed rapidly, acquiring 6 entities with a wide range of expertise, including Feed Manager, Xingu, M13h, IKOM, Klick Konzept. Arcane will be integrated into the group in the same way. The start-up will continue to operate as an independent agency with its 45 employees within LABELIUM, while also contributing its technological know-how.
