Audensiel acquires Lansrod, a consulting firm that offers innovative solutions and new technologies in Big Data.

With a team of 180 consultants, Lansrod concentrates all the expertise necessary to define and activate big data strategies of large companies: IT Consulting, design, digital technologies, Infras Cloud, automation tools, agile modes and DevOps.

Since 2016, the company has recorded strong growth in its turnover (CAGR 2016-2019: + 70%) with a high level of profitability. Initially positioned in the banking & finance sector, Lansrod gradually widened its intervention spectrum to other sectors: insurance & mutual insurance, energy industry and luxury.

Founded in 2013, Audensiel is a consulting company specializing in technological innovation and digital transformation. With more than 450 employees in different areas of expertise and 12 locations in France and in Europe, Audensiel has become a benchmark strategic partner of major French and international groups. This merger will allow Lansrod to reach critical magnitude more quickly and benefit from Audensiel's commercial strike force in France and in Europe. This acquisition will allow Audensiel to access a portfolio of complementary clients and enrich its offer with Big Data expertise.
