Maison Herez merges with Groupe Cyrus

Two wealth management firms join forces to create leading independent player in private wealth and asset management in France

Through this strategic merger, both groups — bound by a shared value of proximity, and complementary advisory services and expertise — are set to offer their customers a high-quality and competitive range of investment solutions across all market segments. These include wealth management, private wealth management, asset management and family office services.

The two wealth management groups have joined forces to represent 16.7 billion euros in assets under management. They are projected to generate sales exceeding 150 million euros.
Capitalizing on its various areas of expertise across all asset classes — such as wealth engineering, financial management (Amplegest, Octo AM), structured products, unlisted assets, and real estate (Eternam) — the new group will offer tailored advice and strong expertise, placing its service standards and customer experience on a par with those of major private banks.

Strongly attached to their entrepreneurial DNA, Maison Herez & Groupe Cyrus are proud that 73% of the new group's capital will be held by half of its employees, alongside the Bridgepoint investment fund.
