M6 Group has entered into exclusive negotiations with the Dutch group Albelli for the sale of 100% of myAlbumPhoto, a leading French e-commerce player specialising in photo album and personalised photo product creation. More than 1.3 million photo products were designed and shipped in 2017 from its production facility in the Oise, generating a turnover of more than € 30 million.

The completion of the operation is on hold until negotiations and the consultation of the social authorities concerned are completed.

M6 Group acquired my PhotoAlbum in 2010, leveraging its marketing and sales power to accelerate growth. The turnover of the company has thus multiplied by 10 since its acquisition. After eight years with the Group, and with the consolidation of the online photo album market on a European scale, M6 believes the association of myAlbumPhoto with Albelli, a major European player in the sector, would constitute the best option to strengthen its positioning and accelerate its development.
