The new Smile / Adyax group aims to become the digital leader in Europe over three years with nearly € 200 million in sales. By combining their respective expertise, this merger will enable clients of both companies to benefit from synergies and broader support at each stage of their digital transformation (consulting, digital agency, development & integration, maintenance, training and outsourcing) and this progressively on all four business lines of the group: Digital / E-business, Business Apps, Infrastructure and Embedded / IoT.
This acquisition fits perfectly with Smile's development strategy, enabling it to consolidate its presence and international culture (nearly 600 employees now); and on the other hand to strengthen its ability to serve the most ambitious projects of its customers. This is Smile's second significant external growth transaction since the entry into its capital of the investment company Eurazeo PME in May 2017.
