The search, social media, and display digital agency is acquired by e-commerce agency Altima

BDBL Media is a digital marketing agency that puts content and data at the core of its clients‘ media arsenal to improve audience engagement and business performance. A leader in digital media advertising for over 10 years, the company’s main businesses are search engine marketing (SEA and SEO), social media marketing (SMA and SMO) and display advertising (programmatic and remarketing).

Altima’s acquisition of BDBL Media increases the Altima group‘s marketing staff to 75 (since it included all BDBL personnel), and boosts its gross operating profit to €25 million and its payroll to almost 300 people in five countries.

This acquisition should accelerate Altima’s growth and enhance its skills in visitor acquisition, SEO and analytics. It will also thicken the company’s customer portfolio with such prime clients as Zadig & Voltaire, Withings, Printemps Listes, Reed Midem, Kickers and Truffaut.
