US DocuSign acquires the “digital signature” activity of OpenTrust

Docusign is the global standard for e-signatures. As a member of the famed "Unicorm List", the company has already raised nearly USD 500 million with investors such as Google Ventures, Intel Capital, Accel Partners, Kleiner Perkins, Salesforce Ventures, Dell Ventures and Visa.

Founded in 2004, OpenTrust's Trusted Documents and Transactions (TDT) Division develops solutions for e-signatures and the secure transfer of documents. Every year, OpenTrust's platforms manage more than 50 miilion e-signatures and nearly 10 billion queries. 

OpenTrust customers include major accounts such as BNP Paribas, Crédit Mutuel, EDF and Sanofi Aventis.
