Ogury investment from Ventech, CoVent Partners

Pioneer and leader in high-tech online retail realizes liquidity for its historical financial shareholder

Ogury, a mobile ad targeting platform has raised 1.5 million euros from Ventech, Airteck and CoVent Partners, which it intends to us to conquer new markets.

Founded in 2014 by Jean Canzoneri and Thomas Pasquet, the two founders of BeeAd (Ebuzzing & Teads group), Ogury gives advertisers access to the behavioral data of consenting mobile phone users. The company integrates a software development kit (SDK) in mobile applications to collect their browsing history and application download data. Advertising campaigns are sold on a CPC (cost-per-click) basis. Ogury has deployed 250 campaigns in 20 countries and over 1,000 application developers have tested its solution. 

The company is present in France, the United Kingdom and Italy. In January 2015 it recruited Yan Georget, Criteo’s former Vice-President Engineering, who is the company’s Technology Director. 

This deal, which was led by Cambon Partners, will enable the French startup’s management to accelerate its growth strategy.
