Founded in 2004, Polarys is a consultancy and services group that helps companies define their strategy and implement and maintain their Data Intelligence projects. Polarys now offers its technical and functional expertise in the field of Business Intelligence on an international scale, to ensure the success of the most ambitious projects involving Data (BI, Data Science, Data Visualisation) and Business Performance (Finance, HR, Marketing,...). Within an ecosystem of over 200 employees and 30 technology partners, the 5 Polarys agencies (in France, Poland and the UAE) are working to satisfy over 100 key account and SME corporate clients, and have achieved a turnover of €20m by 2022.

Founded 12 years ago by its current co-chairmen Muriel Figer and Juliette Soria, and supported since 2022 by the arrival of financial investor Naxicap Partners, Silamir Group - following the acquisition last July of FSystem, a cybersecurity specialist - is stepping up its strategy based on strengthening its growth verticals (Data, AI, Cloud and Security). This strategic acquisition reinforces the young group's position as one of the leaders in supporting large groups and SMEs in their sustainable, data-driven transformations.
