Prévoir Group has entered exclusive negotiations with the broker "Réassurez-moi" with a view to concluding its acquisition in the coming weeks.

Created by Antoine Fruchard in 2014, "Réassurez-moi" is a digital insurance broker.

Historically focused on borrower insurance, the company subsequently expanded its range to include all major insurance products.

By 2020, the broker has the largest online audience on the market with more than 10 million users.

This acquisition allows both to continue the development of the broker and the digitalization of the activities of the Group Prévoir. In particular, the insurer will be able to rely on the specific know-how in natural referencing to develop the activity on pension, health and dependence.
