Behind major corporate projects often lies the question of how to finance them. I came to appreciate this at BNP Paribas, where I began my career as a lender. There, I analysed and supported companies with a wide range of profiles and needs. This experience gives me an in-depth understanding of financing processes and of how lenders make their decisions.
It was the desire to stand alongside business leaders, rather than across the table from them, that led me to advisory. As part of Cambon Partners' Debt Advisory team, I now support entrepreneurs and their shareholders across all their debt transactions, whether financing an LBO, refinancing existing debt, structuring a financing package or funding external growth. I draw on this experience and on my adaptability to offer them the most relevant solutions.
Practicing judo for many years has instilled in me a strong work ethic and high standards for myself. I therefore naturally identified with Cambon Partners' culture and its constant pursuit of excellence.
