While I was studying at the LSE in London, I was heavily involved in the development of the student incubator Kickstart London. This adventure was my first step into the world of startups and venture capital.

Back in France I decided to continue in this ecosystem by joining Kerala Ventures, a VC firm investing in early-stage tech startups. I had the chance to meet inspiring entrepreneurs and to work alongside experienced and recognized investors in France.

Early 2019, I had the opportunity to join Cambon to strengthen its Venture team. I was very quickly inspired by the dynamism ofteam and the ambition to become the leading player in fundraising in France. My experience in VC was very rewarding, but I wanted to have a closer relation with the entrepreneurs to support them from the beginning of their projects. It is the strong proximity that we have with our customers during a pivotal moment in the development of their companies which fascinates me. Each transaction is unique and requires us to immerse ourselves in the entrepreneur’s universe to understand their business and the specific dynamics of their sector. This allows us to help them reflect on their strategic issues and find the best partners to help them in their journeys.

It is this culture that I particularly appreciate at Cambon: a recognized expertise in the tech sector coupled with a dedicated team with maximum commitment to bring a high added value to entrepreneurs. This job is very demanding with unlimited involvement, but each operation is a human adventure that provides immense satisfaction at the deal closing.
