I have been part of the Cambon team almost right from the beginning. Since then, we have laid the groundwork for a company culture that prides itself on excellence. These high standards include stylistic considerations of which are met by the level of service we offer our clients.
My role is to ensure that we project the appropriate image and that everything is in working order. In essence, we are here to sell our grey matter, while the core of our business is the excellence of our services. Everything we do must reflect this excellence. This includes the decor of our offices, and of course the documents we produce. Entrepreneurs, investors and potential buyers from various countries come to us with the desire to do business and discuss their needs in an atmosphere of confidentiality and therefore everyday we must hold ourselves to the standards vital to see our client’s succeed.
Today, after almost 15 years of building a reputation based upon the strength of our successes, we can fully make ourselves known and embrace our approach as an investment bank that is younger, more engaged and more direct. My hope for Cambon Partners is that the brand will continue to progress, both in France and abroad.
As I am also responsible for human resources and general administration, I make it a point to ensure that we observe the same professionalism and discipline within our company as we do when serving our clients.
While our staff has grown rather rapidly over the past few years, our fundamental values remain the same. The stability of our workforce and the contentment of our newer colleagues demonstrate that Cambon is a good place to work.
