The Bureau investment from groupe GPG

The pioneer of premium office and co-working spaces in Paris, accelerates its development with GPG Groupe Philippe Ginestet

The Bureau, founded in 2016 by Rasmus Michau and Laurent Gesneslay, has completed a fundraising with the Philippe Ginestet group.

This transaction will allow The Bureau to open an additional 20000 m2 workspaces in the next three years.

After lauching the first shared workspace in 2016 in the 8th arrondissement of Paris and the second one in July 2018, The Bureau is planning to accelerate its development with the opening of new shared workspaces.

By connecting with the group GPG, The Bureau is joining one of the most biggest property investors in France. Beyond its historical activity in retail business, the GPG group has become a key figure in real estate, proving to be a trustworthy ally for The Bureau.

By improving continuously their clients’ experiences and giving the best service, The Bureau provides the perfect environnment for both business and relaxation.

With over 500 members for 100 clients, from stateowned company to multinationals, its objective is to reach 2000 members by 2020.

The Group Philippe Ginestet, created in 1981 by Philippe Ginestet in Villeneuve sur Lot, owns over 727 stores including 485 Gifi stores (year ending 2018), a leading home quipment discxount store. GPG continues to expand its coverage with the objectif of over 1000 stores and 10 000 staff members prior to 2027.
