As a result of this merger, Magellan will leverage its Cloud expertise and strengthen its foothold in this market. The merger is in line with the Group’s strategy, which aims to support companies in all aspects of their digital transformation.

Backed by its 14-year experience in the Cloud and Product Management (expertise in design and application and digital product upgrades), Davos’ team of 300 employees achieved revenue of €28 million in 2021. The company has offices in several major French cities, including Paris, Lille, Lyon, Bordeaux and Nantes.

By partnering up with Magellan, Daveo provides complementary skill sets in the design, upgrade and deployment of solutions and applications on AWS and Google CP Public Clouds. Daveo, which was recognized as AWS Rising Star Partner in 2020, has also since enjoyed Advanced Consulting Partner status. This acquisition is part of the implementation of Magellan’s 2021-2025 strategic plan which is targeting €350m in revenue, with 3,000 staff by 2025. Daveo will be integrated into the Magellan Partners Group, but will continue operating as an independent brand.
