Alfi sold to Agap 2

Agap2 group acquires ALFI, a provider of IT services for banking, finance and asset management

ALFI is an IT services and consultancy company founded in 1998 by Arnaud Lamour. It is specialized in the optimization of information systems and business processes for the financial services sector. The company’s dual expertise in operations and IT enables it to propose an integrated business and IS approach that includes consultancy, owner/operator support services, functional support and project contract management. The company posted revenue of 16 million euros in 2014.

AGAP2 is a European engineering and consulting group for the industrial and IT sectors, serving four main markets: Energy, Infrastructure, Life Sciences and IT. Its acquisition of Delane SI in 2011 enabled the group to beef up its services and gain visibility in the financial services industry. Including ALFI and DELANE SI, AGAP2 now has almost 500 employees ready to serve its clients in the CIB, asset management and investor services segments.

Patrice Giudicelli, Chairman of AGAP2: "We are very happy to bring ALFI on board, since it will enable us to expand our current service offering and strengthen our position in IT engineering services. The synergy gains will enable Delane SI and ALFI to pursue their respective growth strategies, meet their customers‘ needs more effectively and propose a more comprehensive range of solutions to their projects. This acquisition makes Delane SI and ALFI serious contenders in the financial markets arena, with greater scale and a larger palette of services in asset management, investment banking, investor services, advisory, owner/operator support services, functional support and project contract management.”
