AREV I announces its investment in NexInLife, a MedTech CDMO specializing in the development and manufacturing of catheters for minimally invasive surgical applications, notably in cardiology, neurology, gastroenterology, and oncology. NexInLife brings together MS Techniques and Transluminal, which were acquired from the Saint-Gobain Group, with AREV I investing alongside the current management team.
Cambon Partners acted as buy-side advisors to Arev I.
Founded in 1992 and headquartered near Nancy, NexInLife serves an international client base comprising OEMs, CDMOs, and innovative MedTech companies. MS Techniques specializes in the thermoplastic extrusion of precision components, supplying tubing, sheaths, and sub-components for the medical catheter sector. Transluminal specializes in the design, prototyping, assembly, and series manufacturing of advanced catheter systems. The companies operate in cleanrooms and are ISO 13485 certified.
The catheter market is experiencing strong growth, driven by the expansion of minimally invasive surgical techniques and the aging population in Europe and the United States. AREV I’s strategy is to accelerate NexInLife’s development in continental Europe, Ireland, and the United States, through both organic growth and external growth.
