The specialized distribution SaaS publisher strengthens its retail division with the acquisition of the software group

With 13 years of experience in the field of SaaS solutions, Fastmag offers a sophisticated full web solution. The omnichannel and multisupport solution offers unparalleled functional scope, with FASTMAG's business module meeting the needs of its wholesale and retail customers. Capabilities include inventory optimization, logistics, point of sale management and digitalization, e-commerce, commercial management and accounting, sales analysis, customer relationship management and clienteling.

Originally dedicated to the fashion sector, the offer has gradually extended to other segments with specialized distribution: home equipment, cosmetics, sports, shoes, appliances and department store franchises, displaying strong potential for new outlet openings. Deployed on to a scale of more than 4,000 points of sale in France and abroad, especially in the US, and more than 10,000 users, the solution is recognised by its customers for its rich functionality, ease of use and speed of implementation.

It brings together over 900 clients including Sushi Shop, La Redoute, Yves Delorme and Tommy Hilfiger. With 36 employees, the company reached a turnover of € 5m in 2016 and a normative EBITDA of nearly € 2m.
