Founded 16 years ago by Jérôme Péchot and Marc Wolff, Aerow has since experienced sustained growth driven by the dynamism of the teams and a buoyant market. Aerow’s clients are ideally spread across the IIM consuming industries and remain loyal to the expertise and level of service that consultants provide.

Aerow will rely on the means made available by Abénex to structure this already European SME and accelerate growth in the service of its prestigious customers. The development will notably go through external growth phases which will further expand Aerow’s solution offer and widen the geographic coverage.

Thierry Saunier, Managing Director in charge of development adds: "The digital transformation of industries is supported by the emergence of innovative information processing solutions combining pioneering technologies such as AI, RPA and ECM. New sources of value are available to our customers and will write a new page in Aerow's history. "

Abénex supports the acquisition by associating the executives as well as fifteen managers. "We are very happy to support Vincent, Thierry and the whole team in this transmission, which is part of a very entrepreneurial continuity and at the service of Aerow's prestigious partners, customers and publishers. "Says Thomas Peretti, Director at Abénex.

The founders, Marc Wolff and Jérôme Péchot, favoured the takeover of Aerow by its managers and stated: "The desire for acceleration of Aerow’s managers combined with the quality of the teams required a handover. We are proud of the work accomplished and very confident about the victories to come”.
