hipto Group announces a major step in its development with the founders’ acquisition of 100% of the share capital, supported by Montpensier Arbevel. The Group, which already includes subsidiaries Weedev Sas and Weedev Assurance, has also simultaneously completed the acquisition of Zone ADSL&Fibre.

This transaction represents a further step in the construction of an integrated group supported by a long-term vision and a clear ambition: to become a European leader in performance marketing and customer engagement, based on responsible practices and operational excellence.

Today, hipto Group generates more than €40 million in revenue, operates in Paris, Barcelona and Rome, and employs approximately 100 people.
