The multi-specialist engineering companies, ABMI and Abylsen, announce their merger within the House of HR Group. These two renowned players are joining forces to consolidate their position and become a European leader in multi-specialist engineering.

The two groups have more than 3500 consulting engineers and 50 offices in 7 countries (Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland). This combination underpins the Group's strategy to become the leading multi-specialist middle player in Europe by 2026. Together, they benefit from their strong technical and sectoral complementarity, an extended portfolio of referrals on major accounts, and they can capitalize on the reputation of both Groups.

ABMI and its 700 specialists have built up a turnover of €60M in 38 years thanks to its recognized multi-niche expertise in mobility, energy, health, and consumer products and goods.

Founded in 2005, the Abylsen Group now has a total turnover of 215 M€, 42 agencies and 2500 talents driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit, in search of new offers and new territories in the fields of Industry, Digital, and Life Sciences.
