Financière Cambon supported the Teleca group (2 000 people in 11 countries – REV of €140m) in the sale of its French subsidiary based in Rennes. The latter, a specialist in the development of real time onboard applications for mobiles, was acquired by AFD Technologies.

This transaction allowed AFD Technologies to extend its presence in Brittany and acquire sophisticated mobile skills for its clients, manufacturers and operators alike.
