Omnilog sold to Maltem

Web and mobile application developer is sold to the consulting group, to form a French pole of excellence

Omnilog joins Maltem to form a French pole of excellence with an international presence, dedicated to digital transformation and innovation.

With 170 engineers, Omnilog is recognised for its use of agile methods and DevOps to create customized digital solutions a highly demanding set of customers, particularly in the media and sports fields.

Present in Paris and Bordeaux, Omnilog supports its customers in their business challenges: Heart of the SI, eCommerce, Connected TV and in its innovations: Blockchain, Big Data, Mobility, Devops.

Its fields of expertise are complementary to those of Maltem, a trusted partner of the major banking, insurance and energy players for their organizational and digital transformation, and their innovation. Active in Europe, Asia, Africa, and soon in America, Maltem will give Omnilog the means to showcase its know-how on a global scale.

After the integration of the companies Frianbiz (development, mobile), Guiz (digital communication) and the launch of P4H (startup studio solidarity), Futurs.io (innovation consulting) and SENS (think tank on the impact of the digital revolution), Maltem thus reinforces its position as an international player in the digital revolution, specializing in supporting the largest companies, startups and NGOs to adapt to the most radical business, organizational, IT, communication and strategic transformations.

To support customers and employees, the group will open four new offices in 2018; New York, Montreal, Ho Chi Minh and Sydney.
