It was during my studies of law that I first discovered Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). I was quickly attracted to this environment which requires cross-functional skills and where the key point is to make deals.
After several experiences in investment banks, it was at Messier Maris and then at Eurvad that I further develop my skills in M&A. During my time there, I was exposed to a full range of transactions, both buy and sell-side, as well as with industrial or financial acquirers.
