Eres, leader in the distribution of employee and retirement savings solutions, broadens its offer with the acquisition of BIENPREVOIR.FR - PRIMALIANCE.

Eres has been a specialist in employee and retirement savings since 2005. It serves 300,000 employees of client companies, has nearly 6,000 partners - including independent asset management advisors, chartered accountants and brokers - and manages €5.5 billion in assets.

Founded in 2008, bienprévoir.fr, a key player in wealth management and investment, has broadened its expertise in real estate savings with the acquisition of Primaliance in 2020, a brokerage platform specializing in the distribution of SCPI and OPCI units, as well as SCI units in life insurance. At the end of 2021, the group had intermediated €330 million in assets under management and carried out more than €700 million in paper-based transactions.
