The ambition of Talan, a leader in information systems integration, support services and consultancy, is to become global #1 in the agile transformation of business processes by 2022.

Talan’s acquisition of Solog, which has 110 employees in Geneva, London and Paris, is consistent with the French group’s strategic plan and will give it complementary expertise in IT consultancy and solutions for large financial institutions and government agencies.

This acquisition will give the Talan group a strategic subsidiary in Switzerland and will enable it to expand into German-speaking markets.

This transaction follows the raising of 35 million euros by Talan last January and confirms its strategy of growth through acquisition.
