Emeria, the leading European provider of real estate services and technologies, has entered into exclusive negotiations with Odealim regarding the sale of its subsidiary Assurimo.
Generating more than €1.5 billion in revenue, Emeria operates in France notably under the Foncia brand.

Assurimo, the principal captive insurance broker in the sector, has served professionals and individuals for over 30 years across their insurance needs (MRI, MRH, PNO, Construction, RC, PJ).
This transaction will go along with the signing of a long-term strategic partnership aimed atcontinuing the development of Assurimo’s client portfolio in France.

This acquisition represents a major opportunity for Odealim: to strengthen its presence at the national level and collaborate with the European leader in real estate services to deploy innovative solutions to Emeria’s clients in France.
