Les Vacances Camping Paradis is one of the main French players in the outdoor accommodation market. The managers, Olivier Lachenaud, Frédérick Gers, and Didier Bourgoin, are joining forces with MBO & Co, a leading investor in high-potential mid-cap companies and a family office active in the tourism market, to accelerate the development of the Group's historical activities and to initiate a growth program through acquisitions.

Beyond its financial support, MBO & Co will accompany Les Vacances Camping Paradis in its new development phase by providing its expertise in growth by acquisition projects, in the structuring of fast-growing organizations, but also in the formalization of an ambitious ESG roadmap.

Since its creation in 2019, the Group has made remarkable progress in becoming the 3rd largest chain of campsites in France, particularly thanks to the exceptional growth in the number of franchised and delegated management campsites (approx. 110 at the beginning of 2023). 28 million was reached in 2022 and the turnover of franchised campsites will reach 100 million euros in 2023.

The French outdoor accommodation market is both resilient and growing, with high entry barriers due to the scarcity of sites and regulations.

Les Vacances Camping Paradis has developed a unique range of services and operational expertise for medium-sized campsites (150 to 250 pitches), a deep and still highly fragmented segment. This offer is specifically based on the reputation of "Camping Paradis", which brings visibility and differentiation to independent campsites, as well as a complete range of services (digitalization, marketing, yield management, employee training, environmental and social approach, etc.), with high added value for the campsites in its network.

Beyond the offer, Les Vacances Camping Paradis is growing thanks to a high-level management team led by Olivier Lachenaud, Frédérick Gers, and Didier Bourgoin, serial entrepreneurs with long and successful experience in the outdoor accommodation industry.
