SoMeD investment from All Seas Capital

Group behind private health care centres in France brings in All Seas Capital Fund

All Seas Capital Fund ("All Seas Capital"), a pan-European investment fund providing flexible, long-term financing solutions to leading French SMEs and SMIs, announces a growth capital investment in SoMeD Santé, a group of private healthcare centres in France.

SoMeD operates a group of multi-purpose healthcare facilities, including general and specialised medicine, radiography and dental services, from nine locations across France. Practitioners benefit from state-of-the-art medical equipment and a centralised administrative infrastructure.

All Seas Capital's investment will enable SoMeD's ambitious management team, led by Yehoram Houri and Dr. Bénédicte Gautreau, to accelerate its growth strategy. The Company intends to quadruple the number of facilities it operates in France over the next four years, capitalising on the population's growing and increasingly complex healthcare needs, as well as the shift of primary care services from hospitals to community healthcare facilities, a trend that has been accentuated by the pandemic. In addition, the French public health infrastructure is facing chronic underinvestment, increasing the demand for private medical services, as well as outdated traditions of individual private practices that no longer correspond to the needs and aspirations of the new generations. SoMeD medical centres, on the other hand, are located in high-traffic, easy-to-reach areas, allowing patients to receive more regular follow-up care, in conventional sector I and with full "Tiers Payant".

With its investment expertise, All Seas Capital is working closely with Yehoram Houri, Dr. Bénédicte Gautreau and their team to further develop the Company at the board and operational levels, as well as to identify M&A opportunities to complement the organic growth plan.

All Seas Capital was recently founded by Marc Ciancimino and Cristobal Cuart, previously Co-Founders and Directors of KKR's European mezzanine and preferred equity business. All Seas Capital provides flexible financing solutions and governance expertise to entrepreneurs who require access to strategic financing but do not wish to sell a majority stake. SoMeD is All Seas Capital's third investment, following Hakim Opticians Group, a group of independent opticians, and Attivo Group, an independent chartered financial planner, both of which are fast-growing and based in the UK.
