My interest in M&A advisory emerged early in my career, driven by a natural inclination towards industries characterised by complex strategic and regulatory dynamics.

At BNP Paribas, I was introduced to the fundamentals of corporate finance advisory and developed a strong appreciation for the rigor and high standards required in M&A. This first experience confirmed my ambition to build my career within a sector-specific advisory practice, combining technical expertise with genuine differentiation.

I then joined Nemrod, an M&A boutique specialised in financial services, where I deepened my understanding of the industry's key players and underlying dynamics across insurance, banking, and wealth management. These subsectors each present distinct characteristics and require a nuanced understanding to effectively advise entrepreneurs on acquisitions, divestitures, and broader strategic transactions.

These experiences have convinced me that the true value of an M&A advisor lies above all in deep sector expertise and close, trusted relationships with management teams.
