Leading European independent investment bank Cambon Partners advises A2iA SAS (“A2iA”) on its acquisition by California based Mitek Systems (Nasdaq: MITK). Mitek acquires A2iA from the management team, Andera Partners and BPIfrance for €42.5 million in cash and shares of Mitek’s common stock.
