JENJI sold to SILAE

The fintech specialized in expense management announces its acquisition by the Silae group, French leader in payroll management

Cambon Partners advises Jenji, the leading fintech in Expense Management, on a financial transaction for the second time in four years, this time being its acquisition. Founded in 2015 by Pierre Queinnec and Nicolas André, Jenji is the only solution bringing a true financial vision to the sector of expense management.

The SaaS platform is a comprehensive Expense Management hub, synchronizing with ERP (SAP, Oracle, Cegid, Sage, etc.), payroll (ADP, etc.), and more widely with all customer IT systems. The company currently equips 40,000 organizations including GRTgaz, the French National Assembly, OuiSNCF, TotalEnergies, etc…

With this acquisition, Silae surpasses 100 million euros in annual revenues and becomes the first French "centaur" in its sector. Through its unique data extraction technology, Jenji enables Silae to offer its customers a  Expense Management solution that improves the employee experience. This acquisition by Sliae represents both a commercial and cultural match and will give Jenji far greater resources to become the world's leading expense management solution.
