Cambon Partners intervenes, at all stages of a company's lifecycle: Venture, Growth capital, LBO, M&A. As a multi-sector specialist, we have an in-depth understanding of our clients’ eco-systems, which guarantees relevant contributions right from the start, by focusing on the key information, getting the right counterparties involved, and selecting the most appropriate valuation benchmarks.

Key responsibilities

As VP, you must assume high levels of responsibility supporting the process of origination and execution of mandates together with the Partners team.

More specifically your main responsibilities will be:

  • Managing the client’s relationship

  • Supervising the production of marketing materials (IM, teaser, MP, process letters...)

  • Managing the transaction process

  • Supervising the valuation and modelling

  • Supporting the origination strategy

  • Managing teams of Associates, Analysts and interns

Qualifications, experience and competencies required

We are looking for individuals with the following skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in M&A (IB, boutique or Corporate)

  • Strong financial and accounting knowledge

  • Curiosity about finance and issues related to Tech and growth companies

  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, rigorous

  • Ability to integrate into a small and dynamic team

  • Fluent in French and English

  • Full professional proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

The ideal candidate will have an outstanding academic track record from a recognized college or university.
